When your installation man came out to give me an estimate, he to was efficient, pleasant and obviously straight-forward and honest. It pleased us both that he was quite sure he had done the installation of the liner… 18 years ago! He had. I had to be out of town the day of installation, but my daughter had only good things to say about the gentlemen who did the work. They were professional, pleasant, and kept her informed at every step. The installation went exactly as outlined and came in only $32 over the estimate – unheard of! The frosting on the cake for me (besides loving the look of the new liner) was to receive a thank-you note from you. One rarely sees that in a business transaction.
